Years ago, I operated Jepsen Web Design and Marketing in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Today, my work on the web extends far beyond building client websites. I operate and manage my own network of websites and the infrastructure behind them, giving me hands-on experience with hosting, WordPress, website security, backups, Cloudflare, performance, and troubleshooting.
That experience is now available to select clients who would rather have one person help manage the entire process.
I deliberately keep the number of clients limited. That means I may not be the right fit for every project—and that is intentional.

I have been building and managing websites for years, both for my own projects and for businesses and organizations that needed a dependable online presence.
Web design is no longer my primary business, and I am not trying to run a high-volume web agency. Instead, I offer web design and related services to a limited number of businesses and organizations where I believe I can provide real value and personal attention.
If we work together, you are working with me—not being passed between salespeople, designers, hosting departments, and support queues.

Not every business needs a large website.
I keep pricing straightforward. The ranges below are a starting point, and final pricing is based on each client’s needs, goals, and desired features.
Simple One-Page Website
A focused one-page website can be a strong fit for restaurants, auto repair shops, contractors, local service businesses, and other organizations that mainly need a professional web presence and a better foundation for local search.

STANDARD PROTECTION
Basic Cloudflare comes standard.
I do not run a website without Cloudflare.
For websites I build or manage, the basic Cloudflare free plan is part of the standard setup. Modern websites face constant automated traffic, malicious login attempts, bots, scanners, and other unwanted activity. Cloudflare provides an important layer between the public internet and the website itself.
I configure the services and protections available on Cloudflare’s free plan, including DNS, SSL and HTTPS, caching, and basic security and bot settings. Paid Cloudflare subscriptions and premium features are not included in my standard service.

SOLID FOUNDATIONS
Basic SEO and site setup are part of the job.
Basic SEO does more than help traditional search engines. Clear page structure, descriptive content, accurate metadata, and proper indexing also make it easier for AI-powered search and discovery tools to understand what your business does and what your website is about.
This does not mean your website will appear on the first page of Google or be recommended by an AI system. No one can honestly guarantee that. What it does mean is that your website is properly structured, indexable, and available for search engines and AI-powered discovery systems to find and understand.

Search-friendly titles and descriptions, XML sitemap configuration, indexing, and Google Search Console setup where appropriate.
Site Structure
Sensible navigation, internal linking, page organization, image optimization, and technical fundamentals that help people and search engines understand the site.
No Ranking Promises
I do not sell mysterious SEO packages or promise to put every business at the top of Google. I build the foundation correctly and give search engines a fair opportunity to understand the website.
BASIC WEBSITE HOSTING

Not every business needs WordPress, ongoing plugin updates, or a monthly hosting bill.
For a straightforward one-page website, lightweight HTML hosting provides a dependable online presence without the complexity of a full WordPress installation. Your site is hosted in a carefully managed environment rather than an overcrowded, bargain hosting account.
I handle the hosting setup and routine technical maintenance, including basic Cloudflare protection. You do not need to learn a hosting control panel just to keep your business online.
Just need the basics? This option is for simple, static websites. Larger websites or those requiring WordPress and ongoing application management are better suited to managed hosting.

Annual payment only. Twelve months for the price of ten at $10/month. No monthly invoices.

You run your business. I handle the website.
This is not bargain-bin hosting where you receive an account and are left to figure everything out yourself.
I manage the hosting environment and help keep your website working properly. You do not need to know how a hosting control panel works just to have a website.
Professional email is included, such as [email protected].
There are cheaper places to buy a hosting account. That is not what I am selling. Managed hosting is for clients who would rather have one person they can contact when they need help with their website.
