Web design is no longer my primary business, and I am not trying to run a high-volume web agency. Instead, I offer web design and related services to a limited number of businesses and organizations where I believe I can provide real value and personal attention.
If we work together, you are working with me—not being passed between salespeople, designers, hosting departments, and support queues.

MANAGED WEBSITE HOSTING
You run your business. I handle the website.
This is not bargain-bin hosting where you receive an account and are left to figure everything out yourself.
I manage the hosting environment and help keep your website working properly. You do not need to know how a hosting control panel works just to have a website.
Professional email is included, such as [email protected].
There are cheaper places to buy a hosting account. That is not what I am selling. Managed hosting is for clients who would rather have one person they can contact when they need help with their website.

STANDARD PROTECTION
Cloudflare is not an add-on.
I do not run a website without Cloudflare.
For websites I build or manage, Cloudflare is part of the standard setup. Modern websites face constant automated traffic, malicious login attempts, bots, scanners, and other unwanted activity. Cloudflare provides an important layer between the public internet and the website itself.
I configure Cloudflare appropriately for each site, including DNS, SSL and HTTPS, content delivery and caching, firewall and security settings, bot protection, and performance settings.

SOLID FOUNDATIONS
Basic SEO and site setup are part of the job.
Basic SEO does more than help traditional search engines. Clear page structure, descriptive content, accurate metadata, and proper indexing also make it easier for AI-powered search and discovery tools to understand what your business does and what your website is about.
This does not mean your website will appear on the first page of Google or be recommended by an AI system. No one can honestly guarantee that. What it does mean is that your website is properly structured, indexable, and available for search engines and AI-powered discovery systems to find and understand.

Years ago, I operated Jepsen Web Design and Marketing in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Today, my work on the web extends far beyond building client websites. I operate and manage my own network of websites and the infrastructure behind them, giving me hands-on experience with hosting, WordPress, website security, backups, Cloudflare, performance, and troubleshooting.
That experience is now available to select clients who would rather have one person help manage the entire process.
I deliberately keep the number of clients limited. That means I may not be the right fit for every project—and that is intentional.
