Begin the day with the positive expectations habit
You can take control of your day as soon as you wake up by choosing to set a positive imprint. Before you get out of bed, make the conscious resolution that today will be great. See yourself at the end of the day having checked everything off your list. If you have a stressful meeting coming up or a challenging appointment, visualize yourself in that situation and being calm and in control. Imagine a positive outcome.
Set yourself up to feel good later. Think of three key things you would like to have achieved by the end of the day. Your checklist might be longer, but if you prioritize three things you won’t feel overwhelmed and you’re likely to get a whole lot more done.
